Balcony needs seating. the room was spacious and well-kept.

absolutley no seating on the balcony, could've been perfect for coffee. also, the icemaker was a trek from my room. for the price paid, I expected a welcome gift or something, but was treated like an absolute nobody. I almost gave a good review, but this place doesn’t deserve it.

We had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying the great location near shopping and the zoo. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had useful amenities. I was especially pleased to grab a good breakfast that wasn’t overpriced, a nice plus while traveling with kids.

My kids wished for a balcony with seating to enjoy snacks outdoors.

I stayed for 2 nights and loved how well-kept the courtyard was. the seating options were adorable and comfy. My room was clean and welcoming, which made for a relaxing experience. The staff were accommodating and helpful, and I appreciated being able to grab breakfast and customize my choices. However, I wish there was a microwave in the room to heat up some leftovers.
